Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term outpatient assignment requiring PT licensure.

Details

Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
Schedule consists of 5x8-hour AM shifts totaling 40 hours per week
30-minute meal break included per shift
No on-call responsibilities
Uses InSync EMR system

Requirements

State PT license required if applicable, compact license accepted to start with full state licensure required during assignment
One professional reference required for consideration
SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

Clinicians who previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent role must have a 1-year gap before returning as a traveler
