Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift acute care position requiring KY or compact RN licensure and women's services experience.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting in the Women's Services department, Ob Gyn Combined unit
• Labor & Delivery specialty serving patients of all ages
• Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend rotation every other weekend as needed
• On-call requirements as needed
• May be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) valid in KY
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS
• Minimum 1+ years of experience required
• Women's services experience required
• Professional demeanor expected

Additional Information

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care within the OB unit
• Reports to the OB Unit Director
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
• Scrubs of any color accepted; casual attire not permitted
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
