Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager for an acute inpatient case management role requiring at least 2 years of large hospital experience and an active IN or compact RN license.
Details
- Adult inpatient unit covering med/surg, cardiology, oncology, ICU, or ortho patients
- Acute Inpatient Case Manager role
- Caseload of approximately 25 patients
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift from 08:00 to 16:30
Requirements
- Active RN license (IN or compact) required
- BLS certification through AHA required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a large hospital setting required
- Minimum 1 year of overall RN experience required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
Additional Information
- Responsible for facilitating progression of care, evaluating appropriate next level of care, and discharge planning
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required
- Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility
