Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department (ER I) position requiring 2 years of RN experience and a GA or Compact license in hand.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• 30-minute meal break included in each shift
• No on-call responsibilities required
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
• Dysrhythmia interpretation experience required
• Travel experience preferred

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
• Former employees of the health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Requested time off (RTO) must be spread out and not clustered around holidays
• Maximum of 5 RTO days allowed if not near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday
• Only one holiday time-off request is permitted per assignment
