Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment requiring ARRT (CT) certification and a Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography.
Details
- CT Scan unit within an imaging department
- 36 hours per week on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 13-week assignment length
- Rotating shifts required as needed
- GE CT scanner experience preferred but not required
- Utilizes Epic and Visage EMR systems for charting
Requirements
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography required if applicable
- BLS certification required, AHA preferred at most locations
- 1 year of CT experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in CT scanning procedures at a high level
- Experience with IV and oral/GI contrast administration
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Strong EMR documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Additional Information
- Performs diagnostic CT procedures under the direction of the CT Manager and CT Clinical Lead following established policies and protocols
- Ensures patient safety and delivers excellent customer service throughout all procedures
- Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced rate
