Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a cardiac cath lab with 18 months of recent experience and EPIC EMR proficiency required.
Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab unit handling 15-20 cases per day, including cardiac caths, TAVR, Mitral Clips, and CTO procedures
- Uses equipment such as Balloon Pump, Impella, Volcano, Angiojet, ICE, and Laser
- 4x10 hour AM shifts, approximately 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 40 hours per week with on-call requirements rotating week nights and weekends
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months recent full-time experience in a cardiac cath lab setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years
- Strong endovascular experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required and must be reflected in work history
- License required if applicable
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Perform cardiac catheterization and structural heart procedures including TAVR, Mitral Clip, and CTO cases
- Scrubs/dress code provided
- No-cost parking available
- Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates within this radius are not eligible
- Former Emory staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
- First-time travelers may be considered
