Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with vascular certification and 2+ years experience for a 13-week assignment in a hospital diagnostic imaging setting.
Details
- Diagnostic Imaging department performing general, abdominal, OB, small parts, and vascular ultrasound studies
- Uses Epic for documentation
- 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule: Week 1 Thursday and Friday 0700-1930, Sunday 0900-2130; Week 2 Monday 0600-1830, Tuesday and Wednesday 0700-1930
- Schedule allows for full-time hours with one week off every other week
- Call rotation on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, approximately 2-3 days per month, shared among staff
Requirements
- Active state license required, if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required
- ARDMS certification required, including RVT, BR, and AB
- Vascular certification required
Additional Information
- Perform general, abdominal, OB, and small parts ultrasound studies
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable
- Free parking available in the parking garage
