Description

American Traveler is seeking an ER RN with an active NY license for a night shift position requiring ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications.

Details

  • Work in a hospital Emergency Department
  • Night shift, 4x12 hours (19:00-07:30)
  • Patient ratio of 1:5
  • Required to work every other weekend
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Floating within scope required to meet facility needs
  • Block scheduling not accommodated

Requirements

  • Active NY RN license required
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
  • 1.5-2 years of ER nursing experience required
  • Pending license not accepted

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles are considered local and not eligible for the travel rate
  • RTO restrictions limited to 7 days or less
  • Candidates cannot have been employed by any Guthrie facility within the one-year period preceding the assignment start date
