Description

American Traveler is hiring a Special Education Teacher for a center-based Structured Learning Services program serving K-5 students with Autism, requiring behavior management experience.

Details

Non-clinical school-based setting at an elementary school
Full-time Structured Learning Services program serving students with Autism in grades K-5
Caseload ranges from approximately 8-14 students
Contracted for 40 hours per week
Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Paraprofessionals assigned to classroom based on student need

Requirements

Active CDE license required in-hand for consideration (license required if applicable)
Experience with Autism and behavior management required
Colorado CBI and FBI fingerprinting clearance required upon contract signing
