Description

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a Critical Care unit requiring an active MA RN license and Day/Night rotation with weekend rotation.

Details

• Work in the Critical Care ICU unit of a hospital environment
• 26-week assignment with Day/Night rotation
• Weekend rotation required
• Uses Epic for charting
• Shared housing available for this assignment with no guests or pets permitted and own transportation required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted, though some facilities require AHA only)
• Primary source verification of license and certifications required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration
• Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Epic EMR charting experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing services within the ICU setting
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston to be considered, with a reduced rate applying to local candidates
• RTO must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• Parking at Boston locations is not validated; public transportation or paid public parking lots are available
