Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced PACU RN for a Post Anesthesia Care Unit role requiring recent specialty experience and Cerner proficiency.
Details
- Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting within a hospital
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Schedule varies between 10:30 AM and 11:00 PM
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in PACU specialty
- Cerner EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
- RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
