Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for an outpatient surgery center requiring recent OR specialty experience and expertise across multiple surgical service lines.
Details
- Outpatient surgery center setting
- Handles a wide range of surgical cases including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gyn
- Heavy case volume in GYN, plastics, and prostate biopsy procedures
- Monday through Friday schedule, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
- 8-hour day shifts, 5 shifts per week
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the OR specialty required
Additional Information
- Must be able to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
- Former staff returning as travelers must have at least a 2-year break since separation
