Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an acute care setting requiring 2+ years of radiology experience and ARRT (CT) certification.

Details

• Acute care setting in the CT/X-Ray unit
• 12-hour night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1900-0730
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Uses EPIC charting system

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in radiology preferred, with 1 year experience in a secondary specialty preferred
• Current ARRT registry required with CT certification
• BLS certification required or ability to obtain and maintain
• Washington State certification required for at least two specialties, one of which must be bone density, CT, quality management special procedures, or mammography
• Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training
• Thorough knowledge of specialty theory including concepts, procedures, safety precautions, and effects
• Demonstrated skill in performing high-quality imaging procedures
• Experience or knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy preferred
• License required if applicable

• Experience with electronic patient information systems preferred
