Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring MA licensure, telemetry experience, and willingness to float to any Med/Surg unit.

Details

• Medical Surgical unit with telemetry monitoring
• 36 or 48-hour weekly schedule options
• Floating required to any Med/Surg unit
• Block scheduling not offered
• Meditech Expanse EMR experience highly preferred

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required, must be in hand
• Minimum 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (American Heart Association) required and must be in hand prior to consideration
• Skills checklist for Medical Surgical experience, current within 1 year, required
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required
• Candidate must have their own vehicle for this assignment

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Permanent address must be included in candidate profile
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of application; requests made after offer or interview may result in a rescinded offer
• No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested
