Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 26-week night shift assignment at a teaching hospital, requiring ARRT or ARMRIT MR certification and Philips experience.
Details
- Imaging department at a teaching hospital
- 12-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week over a 26-week assignment
- No call requirements
- 1-2 weekend shifts per month with a minimum of every other weekend required
- Schedule flexibility required to meet unit and patient care needs
- No block schedules permitted
- Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays
Requirements
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT or ARMRIT certification with MR advanced licensure required
- License required if applicable
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Philips equipment experience required
- Teaching hospital experience required
- Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required, non-negotiable
- Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
Additional Information
- Prior travel experience preferred
- Local candidates accepted
- Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in this area
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April
