Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mother/Baby RN for a night shift travel assignment, requiring an active OK or compact RN license and 2+ years of experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Mother/Baby unit
• Night shift, 4x12 schedule
• Weekend shifts as required by facility
• Floating as needed
• No call requirements
• EPIC EMR used

Requirements

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact) required at time of consideration
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• 2+ years of RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Mother/Baby specialty
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process for Mother/Baby patients
• Coordinate care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers
• Adhere to facility mission, values, and service standards
• Black scrub color required
• Up to 5 days of RTO allowed, must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates accepted, with reduced bill rate for those within 50 miles of the facility
• Candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius
