Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT/X-Ray Technologist for a multi-modality role in a small acute care hospital, requiring at least 1 year of experience and night shift availability.

Details

Small acute care hospital with a 16-bed emergency department, 8 inpatient beds, and outpatient radiology services
Multi-modality role performing both CT and X-ray exams on ED, outpatient, and inpatient patients
Exam types vary widely, with stroke CTAs being most critical, along with CTA FFR scanning for cardiac patients
Night shift schedule, 4x8 hours, Tuesday-Friday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
No on-call or weekend requirements
Possible floating to other areas of the hospital as needed to support team-based care model

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience required
Active state license required by start date (license required if applicable)
Preferred experience with Siemens equipment, PACS, and Cerner

Additional Information

Facility emphasizes a strong teamwork culture among radiology staff
Maroon/wine colored scrubs required
Charting systems include Cerner and McKesson
First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
Local candidates are not accepted; travelers must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
