Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring at least 2 years of ER experience and a MD or compact RN license.

Details

Level 2 Trauma Center emergency department with 54 beds
High-acuity patient population averaging 220 patients per day
Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:00
13-week assignment length
Uses EPIC EMR

Requirements

Active RN license (MD or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required
At least 1 year of travel nursing experience required
EPIC EMR experience required
Two professional references required for consideration
Two-step PPD test and flu vaccine required with no exemptions

Additional Information

Fast-paced, high-acuity trauma center environment
Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
Copies of driver's license and social security card required for consideration
