Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a hospital-based Case Management department requiring Meditech and Midas EMR experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Case Management department
• Staffed with RN Case Managers and Social Work Case Managers
• Case load ratio of at least 25:1 per case manager
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Required to work every other weekend and rotate holiday coverage with hospital employees
• Uses Meditech and Midas EMR systems

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in case management required
• Meditech experience required
• Midas experience required
• Complex discharge planning experience preferred
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Coordinate patient care planning and complex discharge planning
• Navy blue scrubs required for RN staff
• Must reside outside a 50 mile radius of the facility, local candidates will not be considered
• First-time travelers will be considered for this role
