Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ED experience and a KY or compact RN license.

Details

• Emergency Room department in a 295-bed acute care facility
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 6:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend required

Requirements

• Active RN license (KY or Compact) required
• Current AHA certifications required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Facility offers cardiac care and an advanced neurosurgery program with Spine Center accreditation
• Serves an 11-county service area in south central Kentucky
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
• Candidates residing 60 miles or greater from the facility qualify for travel rate consideration
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
