Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Telemetry for a Med/Surg Tele unit requiring 18 months of experience and an active GA or Compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg Tele unit on the third floor of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited and subject to strict approval rules, especially around holidays
