Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Scan Technologist for a weekend night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of acute care CT experience.

Details

• 224-bed acute care hospital setting
• CT Scanner unit supporting ER and inpatient scanning
• Patient population includes trauma, ICU, and stroke cases
• Performs CTA and trauma-related CT scanning
• Uses MEDHOST EDIS EMR system
• Weekend night shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Call required
• No 48-hour guarantee

Requirements

• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required (AHA approved)
• TMB MRT license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience in an acute care setting
• Experience with CTA, trauma, ICU, and stroke patient scanning required
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment

Additional Information

• Required to work holidays if they fall on a scheduled week night shift during the assignment
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Solid color scrubs of any color permitted
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Local candidates will not be considered
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
