Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift role requiring AWHONN fetal monitoring and NRP certification.

Details

Mother Baby/Nursery and OB-GYN unit setting
Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

Active VA or compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
Intermediate or advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification required for all L&D RNs
Current NRP card (Advanced 9th Edition) from the American Academy of Pediatrics required
No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns in the Mother Baby/Nursery and OB-GYN unit
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for the position
