Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with adult critical care and pediatric experience for a night shift position in a large hospital setting.

Details

  • Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics unit assignment
  • 13-week assignment
  • Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Cerner charting experience preferred

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • RRT credential required (CRT not accepted)
  • Strong ICU/CCU experience required
  • ER and Level II Trauma experience required
  • Pediatric experience required
  • Large facility experience strongly preferred
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBRC, RRT
  • License required if applicable

Additional Information

  • Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with application, and candidates should expect to work some holidays
  • Candidates with a pending license may be considered but must have an active license before the start date
  • Facility conducts an on-site drug screen including a marijuana panel, with failure resulting in cancellation
  • Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
  • First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
