Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Scan Technologist with ARRT registration and CT certification to perform computed tomography imaging in a hospital setting.
Details
- Weekend and mid-week shift options available: Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM-11:30 PM (32 hours) or Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM-7:30 PM plus Wednesday 1:00 PM-1:30 AM (36 hours)
- Performs CT imaging under limited direction of the radiologist and general supervision of the CT Manager
- May involve invasive biopsy procedures performed in the presence of the patient
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with advanced certification in CT
- Minimum of 1 year of CT experience required
- Current radiologic technologist licensure in the State of Maryland required if applicable
- Current ARRT registration required
- Advanced CT certification preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Comparable facility size experience required
Additional Information
- Provides patient care activities including obtaining diagnostic CT images
- May have occasional internal and external contacts to exchange work-related information
- No local candidates allowed within a 60-mile radius of the facility
