Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring a CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and at least 3 years of experience.

Details

PACU role within the Surgical Services Department
Day shift, 4x10s, 0700-1730, Monday through Thursday
On-call required every third weekend

Requirements

Active California RN license required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Minimum of 3 years of PACU/OR nursing experience required
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
No prior negative licensure actions permitted

Additional Information

Provide professional nursing care to surgical patients across the age spectrum
Coordinate care planning with other disciplines within Surgical Services
Must comply with all required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will not be considered
No radius restriction, as local pay rates match travel rates
Traveler may only be placed at one hospital within the health system at a time
