Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist with at least 2 years of recent Diagnostic Radiology experience, including OR and fluoroscopy procedures.
Details
- Diagnostic Radiology department operating 24 hours, averaging 150 exams per 24-hour period
- Handles both inpatient and outpatient exams, including fluoroscopy studies
- Procedures include C-arm procedures, lumbar punctures, routine X-rays, and fluoroscopic exams
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, following a F/S/S schedule from 7:30a-8p
- Uses Cerner EMR
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within Radiologic Technology specialty
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Must have OR and fluoroscopy experience
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- Returning staff who previously worked at the facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
- RTO must be requested prior to accepting an offer and cannot be requested afterward
