Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a night shift hospital assignment requiring 2 years of experience and NJ licensure.

Details

• Hospital-based Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit
• Night shift, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• Primarily treats adult patients, with required comfort treating neonatal patients in Level 2 Special Care Nursery
• May also see pediatric patients in the ED
• Floating required among 5 hospitals within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL)
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• RRT or CRT certification
• NJ license required if applicable
• ACLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active state license(s) and certifications must be in hand prior to consideration
• Nursys verification must be dated within 2 weeks of submission reflecting an active NJ or Compact license

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services across adult, neonatal, and pediatric populations as needed
• Coverage required for 1 winter holiday and 1 summer holiday
• Black scrub color required
• First-time travelers accepted, though experienced travelers preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the hospital are subject to a local rate
• Complete pre-employment labs within 48 hours of signing
• Must be clean shaven for fit testing prior to working on the unit
