Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring travel experience and a TX or compact RN license.
Details
- Med/Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift, 4x12 hours (18:45-7:15), with straight 48s or 36/48 alternating schedules considered
- Float to other med/surg/tele units as assigned
- Cerner charting system experience preferred
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required; NIHSS certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana testing; a positive result results in automatic cancellation
- Candidates must avoid CBD products and other substances that could result in a positive drug screen after clearance
- Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted
