Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment at a Level 1 trauma and stroke center, requiring at least 6 months of recent acute care CT experience.

Details

• 750-bed hospital with Level 1 Trauma and Primary Stroke Center designation
• CT department averages around 130 scans per day
• 24/7 staffing model with lead tech plus three day shift techs, a split shift 9a-9p, and one night shift tech 7p-7a
• Equipment includes four GE scanners (64-slice and above), PACS, and FUJI Synapse
• EMR system is Meditech
• Typical procedures include CTA chest, neck, and abdomen, CTA cardiac studies (structural heart program in place), and CT head stroke protocol
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care CT Tech experience
• ARRT (R) and BLS certification required
• Active KS license required if applicable
• GE scanner experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred

• Ideal candidate is dependable, prompt, and collaborative
