Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a Care Coordinator position in an acute care hospital, requiring prior CommonSpirit/Dignity Health experience.

- Care Coordinator unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Case Management unit type
- Uses Cerner EMR
- 8-hour day shifts, every other weekend
- First to float among staff
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- BLS certification required
- LA City Fire & Safety certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Solid experience in Care Coordination required
- Prior experience with CA Dignity/CommonSpirit required for consideration
Additional Information
- Coordinates patient care and supports utilization review functions within the case management team
- Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
