Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring CA RN licensure and NRP certification.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
- 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
- Current BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time L&D experience within the last 3 years required
- 5+ years of recent L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
- 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
- BSN or related degree preferred
- High-risk OB experience preferred
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, including high-risk OB cases
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates
- Contingent workers are subject to facility tenure limits under HR policy
