Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position requiring a WA or compact RN license and Epic EMR experience.
Details
- PCU setting caring for progressive care/telemetry patients
- Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
- 13-week assignment length
- Uses Epic EMR system
- Travelers expected to float between all facilities within the state
Requirements
- Active WA or compact RN license required
- 2 years of relevant RN experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Required certifications as listed in the job posting must be provided
Additional Information
- Provide progressive care nursing to patients requiring close monitoring and step-down level care
- Floating between facilities within the state is expected, and refusal may result in termination of assignment
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must live at least 50 miles from the facility
- Minimal RTO accommodated for this position
