Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist requiring 1+ years of experience and ARRT (N) or CNMT certification for a clinic setting.

Details

• Nuclear Medicine department within a Heart & Vascular Services clinic
• Adult patient population with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Handles 8-10 cases per day
• Utilizes GE and Siemens equipment
• Epic charting system used
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• ARRT (N) or CNMT certification required
• BLS certification required
• NJ state license required prior to start (license required if applicable)
• Strong myocardial knowledge and skills required
• Experience with GE and Siemens equipment required
• Epic charting experience required
• Skills required include adenosine infusion, exercise/rest single and multiple studies, persantine infusion, pharmacological stress, and thallium stress testing
• Proficiency in drawing venous blood, starting and maintaining IVs, and isolation precautions/PPE required
• Experience in storing, handling, and disposing of radioactive materials required
