Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager for a Home Health position in Aroostook County requiring a compact or ME license and at least one year of specialty experience.
Details
- Home Health setting within the Home Care and Hospice department, Aroostook County
- Shift schedule of 8A-5P over a 9-day work period
- 40 hours per week
Requirements
- Active RN license (Compact or ME) required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Care Management specialty required
Additional Information
- Provide care management and utilization review services for home health patients
- Flu vaccination required for clearance to start, with medical exemptions only accepted and subject to client approval
- Must not have previously worked in a permanent capacity at any Northern Light Health hospital
- Candidates residing 100+ miles south/southwest of the facility are given priority consideration
