Description
American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Oncology unit requiring recent specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Cancer Center/Radiation Oncology department of a hospital-affiliated outpatient setting
- 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week, schedule varies between 7am-5pm
- Deferred scheduling with 40 guaranteed hours weekly
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA state or compact) required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology nursing required
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
- Returning permanent staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
- Badge photo required upon offer acceptance
- Requested time off must be submitted upfront prior to offer, not after
