Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 12-hour night shift assignment requiring NH or compact RN licensure and pediatric adaptability.
Details
- Emergency Department setting treating patients from newborn to geriatric (no OB cases)
- 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 3 shifts per week
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Holiday coverage required
- May be required to float to an affiliated hospital location
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Candidates without pediatric experience will be considered if willing to be trained
- Nursys report and license verification required for consideration
Additional Information
- Care for a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatric patients
- Weekly orientation provided
- Perm staff may return as a traveler after a 12-month break in service
- Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at the local rate
