Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with CT surgery and mechanical device experience for a 13-week rotating shift assignment.
Details
- Work in the Intensive Care Unit at a hospital setting
- 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Float required between ICU and IMCU
- Uses Epic EMR
- Weekly orientation schedule
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required in hand
- Current BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar ICU setting required
- CT surgery experience required
- Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
Additional Information
- Care for critically ill ICU patients, including those requiring advanced cardiac support devices
- 2 holidays required if working through the winter holiday season
- Any color scrubs permitted
- Required vaccines include COVID vaccine plus booster and Flu (medical exemptions allowed)
- Must complete Tele/ECG and Medication pass/fail testing
- Candidates must live 50+ miles from the facility and local candidates are not accepted
- Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6+ month break before returning to any BILH facility
