Description
American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift ER RN for a Critical Access Hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Room experience and NH or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Department of a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital offering Medical, Surgical, ICU, OB, Pediatrics, and Mental Health services
- 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend requirement
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (NH or Compact) required
- Minimum 2 years current Emergency Room experience required
- BSN highly preferred
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA)
- Emergency Room skills checklist required for consideration
- One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required
Additional Information
- Provide emergency nursing care within a critical access hospital setting
- Candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility to be considered
- Local candidates will not be considered
- Housing in the area can be challenging, so candidates should explore options prior to consideration
- No more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed during the assignment
