Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring strong ortho/total joints, scopes, and neuro surgical experience.
Details
- Work in the Surgery department of a hospital setting
- Shift schedule of 3x12s, 7a-7p, 36 hours per week
- On-call responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
- Minimum of 18 months of recent OR nursing experience required
- Strong experience with orthopedics, total joints, scopes, and neuro procedures required
Additional Information
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
