Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a Level 1 trauma center, requiring proven experience in high-volume, high-acuity trauma care.
Details
- Level 1 trauma center with stroke and burn services
- CT unit equipped with 2 GE scanners on the older platform and 5 GE Revolution scanner platforms
- Uses Epic EMR software
- Day shift schedule working Sunday, Saturday, and Monday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Travelers expected to work 4 weekend shifts per month
- Deferred schedule type
Requirements
- ARRT (CT) certification preferred
- Active license required if applicable
- Proven success working in high-pressure, large-scale trauma environments
- Experience managing critical, fast-paced clinical situations
- Background in high-volume hospitals handling diverse and severe cases
- Candidates with experience limited to small or low-volume hospitals will not be considered
Additional Information
- Perform CT imaging in a high-acuity, inner-city trauma setting handling complex and challenging cases
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate as the travel rate
