Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring AWHONN fetal monitoring and NRP certification.
Details
- Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 8-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active TN or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Fetal Monitoring certification required - must be intermediate or advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required - must be Advanced 9th Edition
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery required
- No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility - no local candidates accepted
- First-time travelers may be considered for this position
