Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring a CO or compact RN license and charge nurse experience.
Details
- Family Birth Place unit providing L&D, OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
- Approximately 60-80+ deliveries per month
- Cares for babies 32 weeks gestation and up
- 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends
- Call rotation of approximately one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
- RN Charge experience required
- Current certifications required: NRP, BLS, ACLS, and STABLE
- Flu vaccine required by October 2026, no exemptions
- Documentation required for consideration: resume, Nursys license verification, NRP and STABLE certificates, and skills sheet
Additional Information
- Join a collaborative team delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to patients and families
- Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility with no exceptions for local candidates
- Facility offers housing available for rent directly to travelers
- Candidates with limited requested time off are preferred given anticipated increase in delivery volume
