Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week assignment at an outpatient clinic in Basalt, Colorado.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting located at the Willits Clinic in Basalt, Colorado
• Full-time schedule with 4-10 hour days per week, weekdays vary, no weekends
• 13-week assignment length
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Focus on improving strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience required, 3-5 years preferred
• Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or compact license required if applicable
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• Flu vaccination required October 1 through April 1 with no declinations accepted
• DOB or SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Housing available near the facility for travelers during assignment
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays for clinic workers
• First-time travelers may be considered
