Description
American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer for an outpatient cardiology setting requiring 2+ years of experience and CCI or ARDMS certification.
Details
- Outpatient Cardiology/Echo department within a Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging unit
- Adult patient population
- Day shift only, 8-10 hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Uses Philips Epiq and IE33 ultrasound equipment
- Cerner PowerChart EMR with Intellispace Cardiovascular (ISCV) echo reporting system
- Performs adult 2D/3D and strain echocardiograms, plus treadmill stress echos
- May be scheduled at hospital, office, or both locations as this position is shared across departments
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Echo Tech/Sonographer
- BLS certification required
- CCI or ARDMS certification required
- License required if applicable
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required
- No employment gaps of 90+ days or more within the past 12 months
