Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring a GA or compact RN license and recent ED experience.
Details
- Emergency Services department in a hospital setting
- 12-hour night shifts, 7PM-7AM, 3 shifts per week
- Schedule varies
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
- Current certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA)
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) plus 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
- RTO must be requested at the time of submission and cannot be requested after an offer is made
