Description
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a home health position covering the Fairfield/Napa area, open to new grads with a valid CA OT license (license required if applicable).
Details
- Home health setting covering assigned county territories including Vacaville, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Dixon, Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, and Yountville
- Day shift schedule
- 26-week assignment length
- May require weekend coverage or travel outside the primary service area to maintain caseload
Requirements
- Current, active CA Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and auto registration required
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- New graduates welcome to apply
Additional Information
- Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients across assigned territory
- Willingness to see COVID-positive and COVID PUI patients may be required
- Required documentation includes TB test (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap (within 10 years), flu vaccine (annual), drug screen, and physical exam
- Former employees of the facility are not eligible for this travel assignment
- All requested time off must be disclosed prior to assignment confirmation
