Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience to provide evaluation and treatment services in a hospital-based clinic setting.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting on hospital campus
• Schedule consists of 4x10-hour shifts, alternating weekdays, 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays for clinic workers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
• Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or Compact license required, if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience required; 3-5 years preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• Mandatory flu vaccination required October 1 through April 1, no declinations accepted

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Focus on improving patient strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
• Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Candidate's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
