Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a NICU position requiring MT or compact RN license, NRP, and STABLE certification.

- Neonatal ICU setting
- Variable shift schedule with possible weekends and holidays
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active MT or compact RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) provider certification
- STABLE certification
- Minimum 1 year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or Intensive Care nursing experience
Additional Information
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient and family education
- Assesses patient needs and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Develops and implements individualized plans of care
- Participates in stroke education requirements including initial and annual training
- Must live at least 90 miles from the facility to be considered
- Facility reserves the right to cancel up to three shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances
