Description
American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a night shift contract requiring 2 years of ICU experience and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Work in the ICU of a hospital setting
- 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
- Every third weekend required (Fri/Sat)
- Holiday coverage required for 2 of 3 major holidays
- May be required to work additional hours as part of a staffing rotation pool
- May be floated or reassigned to a different unit or facility within 30 miles of the originally assigned facility, within clinical competence
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license (CT or Compact) required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and telemetry certification
- COVID vaccination or medical/religious exemption accepted
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill ICU patients
- Accepts local candidates within 75 miles at local rate
- Radius rate available for candidates outside local radius
